Refund Policy for Debt Payments

At  RevNow Financial, we strive to provide clarity and transparency in all payment transactions made by consumers for their outstanding debts. The following policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for payments made to us.

Payments made toward resolving outstanding debts are generally non-refundable. When a payment is made, it is applied to the balance owed on your account as outlined in your payment agreement or settlement terms.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Overpayment: If you      accidentally pay more than the amount owed on your account, we will refund      the excess amount.

  • Resolved Account: If a payment is  made after the debt has already been fully satisfied, we will refund the  payment upon verification.

  

3. Non-Refundable Payments

The following payments are non-refundable:

  • Payments made as part of a settlement agreement once the settlement has been finalized.
  • Payments applied to your outstanding balance that reflect the agreed-upon debt repayment terms.
  • Payments made via third-party financing or loans used to resolve the debt.

  

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@revnowfinancial.com or call 1-866-320-0479 with the subject line “Refund Request.”
  2. Provide Details: Include your full name, account number, payment date, payment amount, and the reason for the refund request. Supporting documentation (e.g., receipts or bank      statements) may be required.
  3. Verification Process: Our team will  review your request and verify the payment details. This process may take up to 10 business days.
  4. Refund Method: Approved refunds  will be issued to the original payment method used. Processing times may  vary depending on your financial institution.

  

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage consumers to contact us directly regarding any payment concerns before initiating a chargeback through their bank or credit card provider. Chargebacks may delay the resolution of your account and could result in additional fees or legal actions.

  

6. Compliance with Applicable Laws
